QUESTIONS

What happens after I pay the $44.99?

Your $44.99 covers Drop 001 and reserves your founder number. Numbers are assigned in paid-order sequence, so the earlier you claim, the lower your number. You receive an email confirmation with your number, and your membership starts on that date.

When does the $19.99 monthly billing begin?

Not on the day you join. The recurring Founding Member rate starts after Drop 001, and the exact first billing date is shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. A self-serve cancellation link is included in your confirmation email once checkout is live. Cancelling stops future drops and future billing.

When will my shirt ship?

Founding Edition shirts are produced as a single numbered run, so they ship after the Founding 100 closes. Exact shipping windows are confirmed by email before production begins, and tracking is sent as soon as your order leaves.

How does the sizing run?

Drop 001 is a heavyweight, oversized unisex tee, so it wears larger than a standard fit. A full size chart with garment measurements is published before checkout opens.

Can I return or exchange it?

Because every Founding Edition shirt is individually numbered, returns and exchanges are handled case by case. Contact us and we will work it out.

What happens if I cancel and rejoin later?

The shirt you already received is yours to keep. Founding Member status and the $19.99 rate are tied to a continuously active membership, so if you cancel, rejoining later happens at the then-current membership rate.

Is the Founding Member rate transferable?

No. The Founding Member rate is tied to the membership that claimed the number and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another account.

What will the QR member experience include?

Every Founding Member receives a QR-linked member page used for membership verification, access to future drops, and shipment tracking. It is not live yet and is added after the Founding 100 closes.
